The living space is furnished with a large comfortable sofa, a relaxing armchair, digital TV and DVD/VCR player should you wish to spend an evening in.

There is a dining table with four chairs; extra folding chairs and a high-chair are available, if needed.

Both the living and dining areas are fitted with separate dimmer switches to create a relaxed environment and, like all the rooms at Brodog Court, are centrally heated with individual thermostats on each radiator.
